Marination Mobile
Posted on 05 May 2009
Ever had one of those moments where you thought: “I wish I had thought of that!” Uh! How could I have missed this one!?!?!?!
Seattle is getting it’s very own Korean Hawaiian food truck. Inspired by a the popular L.A. Korean Taco truck Kogi, Marination Mobile will offer up what I anticipate as delectable treats from $2-5. We can look forward to menu items such as kalua pig sliders on sweet bread rolls, kimchi fried rice, and kalbi tacos. There will also be vegetarian fair for our non-meat eating friends!

Their website, Marination Mobile Official Website, is currently encouraging us all to check back soon. If they remotely follow Skillet’s model, we will soon see updates of menus and locations (Capitol Hill has already been mentioned). Also, Marination Mobile, Kogi, and Skillet can all be followed on Twitter. How genius for a restaurant on wheels?
According to the Seattle Weekly, we should be honored by MM’s presence later this month.
Spam Sliders! “Utah! Get me two!” (If you don’t know where that line is from then it’s time to see Point Break again.)
